First of all, it is clearly stipulated in the announcement that the apartment does not have air conditioning. You can not blame us for that. It's been more than 20 years that we live in without any problem. The apartment being through, it is easy to ventilate the apartment.
Then, about the cleanliness of the house, we misunderstood each other. You left the apartment in a dismal and extremely dirty state. We found garbage everywhere in the apartment including closets and drawers (handkerchief, PQ roll, cotton swab, paper, laughing cowhide paper, etc.). It took two people until 10 pm to restore it after your departure at 12am.
But apart from the dirt - which is apparently subjective for you - you have degraded furniture: two nightstands and a coffee table in the living room that was new.
And concerning the set of keys, you could have done just a set of keys during your three weeks of stay. For security measures, for us and for our next visitors, we preferred to change the locks.
