CITY OF FORT COLLINS LICENSE NUMBER: (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)STR
This second floor, bright and spacious two bedroom loft is located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins in the historic Blaine Hotel on Pine Street. Literally park your car and walk to dining, breweries, shopping, art galleries, and more!
Although great restaurants are just steps away, our newly-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gadgets and pantry staples may persuade you to grab some groceries and cook in. If the weather is nice, you can grill and enjoy your meal on your private deck.
Hopefully recreation is what brought you to our great town, but if business is on your mind no worries. A desk and high-speed WIFI is right here ... coffee shops abound so if you need to burn the midnight oil you can!
The Blaine Hotel was built in 1880 and is rich in history! Always in hospitality as hotel or tavern, it was restored to its historic charm in the 1980's. Till now it has been a private residence. We are excited to carry on the tradition of providing exceptional hospitality to our traveling guests.
We offer nightly (3 night minimum), weekly, monthly, and longer term arrangements.

Come find out why Fort Collins ranks among the best places to live in the USA. Although we are known for CSU, breweries, and the local music scene ... we also have many treasures that lie in and around town.
No smoking! And, although we are a dog friendly town ... we have to say no pets. We want all of our guests to enjoy a pet-allergy and smoke-allergy friendly home. And, a value we always practice is to try to leave it better than you found it ... or in this case a nice as you found it!
The Loft on Pine Street is new to Airbnb so we haven't had the opportunity to have any Airbnb guests yet, nor reviews.
My husband and I own our own business which occupies the first floor of this historic building in Old Town. When we are not here on Pine Street we are kept active with our three kids, three dogs, and home in Winter Park. We love to travel, spend time in Old Town with friends, and garden.
