The house was super clean and newly decorated in a mixture of tasteful minimalism and cosiness. The rooms were spacious enough and there were a lot of cupboards, wardrobes and drawers to put all our stuff. And there's a high tech shower in the bathroom.
Mile's daughter Tea was in charge during our stay, she was nice, she took care of everything quickly and effectively, she answered in no time whenever we texted her for something, and she speaks very good English.
The location of the house is amazing, really 2 minutes from the town beach or 3 minutes from the several spectacular rocky beaches all around the little peninsula, and 3 minutes from the bakery or the little fish market where you can buy fresh fish every morning. And it is really a special feeling to stay in a house on one of those old limestone covered streets.
We found the little courtyard in the photos a bit confusing when we booked the house, we thought it was a street, but it's not, only the opposite neighbour uses it to enter and leave her house once a day, and she is a really nice lady, so it was great to use the little table outside to have breakfast.
As for nightlife, there are quite a few bars with live music well into the small hours, so if you are into partying you will find it great.
A little negative thing is that in the master bedroom on the second floor there is no AC, only a fan, so it was quite hot in the room (but it was 35 degrees outside all 10 days when we were there, so I guess you can ecpect that), but it was not really a big problem, it got a bit cooler at night.
Primosten is a very pretty little town, we enjoyed our stay immensely, and we would definitely stay at Mile's house again.
