This great and authentic house in the centre of Utrecht, will absolutely give you the feeling of being at home, with all the comfort of a hotel! It has place for 5 guests .
The house has a living room on the ground floor which also features a double bed of 140cm and a bathroom. The kitchen is located in the basement of the house, and is a true authentic place which you'll probably love just as much as we do! In there, you can cook, dine, sit and talk for ever! From there you can also access the little patio where you can sit as well. Awesome in summer! On the first floor you'll find two bedrooms, please notice the stairs are steep, ( common for mid-19th century architecture) In one of the bedrooms there is a double (180x200), the other bedroom has a single bed and a sofa bed (140-200) cm. This room is also equipped with TV and computer (and internet). There is Wi-Fi throughout the whole home, which makes it appealing to bring your own laptop too. Also on the first floor you'll find a just renovated new bathroom, with toilet and shower .

Ground floor with living room, double bed(140x200) and TV, shower and toilet. The eat-in kitchen and patio in the basement, two bedrooms on the first floor and a bathroom. There is an apartment on the top floor which is fully separate, but shares the entrance and stairs so you can encounter other people in the corridor. They also use sometimes the washer and dryer facilities in the storage room behind the kitchen.
We make sure the kitchen is provided with some welcome drinks and a fresh breakfast for our guests for the first morning they wake up at Vastenborch!
We expect our guests to live and love our home as we do. Obviously this is a non-smoking house.

I'm a Dutch semi-retired biochemist who loves to explore the world with my wonderful wife . I'm fan of good food, and I love a good glass of wine, an interesting chat, a good book, or an awesome blockbuster. Don't get me started on molecules, I could write a book about it!
