This wonderfully located, pet-friendly townhouse is one block from the beach and walking distance to the village. At 1100 square feet, this rental has room for 7 guests and all the amenities you need!

This wonderfully located, pet-friendly townhouse is one block from the beach and walking distance to the village. At 1100 square feet, this rental has a master bedroom with queen bed, guest bedroom with queen bed, and downstairs there are two (2) sleeper sofas with a queen bed and a twin bed to comfortably accommodate 7 guests. There is one bathroom located upstairs with a shower/bath and a half bath located downstairs. Prepare meals in the full kitchen or outside on the grill in the backyard surrounded by a privacy fence which is the perfect place for your furry friend to run around. Dine at the table which accommodates six people or set up t.v. trays in the living room to dine while watching your favorite show. The townhouse has cable and free WIFI. Last but certainly not least, make sure to take advantage of the balcony off of the master bedroom. Equipped with two adirondack rockers this will become your favorite location while you sip a beverage and listen to the sounds of the ocean in the evening!

This rental in one block back from the Myrtle Street beach access (a local favorite) and a few streets over from many other public beach access points including Massengale Park and the Coast Guard Station. Walk to nearby restaurants including Crabdaddy's, Crab Trap, and Ocean Lodge. Walk a little further to the village where there are even more amazing local restaurants you have to try! If you don't feel like walking, there are bike rentals conveniently located two blocks over. While there, stop in and check out the menu at Beachcomber BBQ. This is a great eatery when you are coming straight off the beach! There is so much to do in this one area of the island you will be able to park your car and not move it again until the end of your vacation!

The owner's of this rental are local and still live local. We are only a phone call and quick few minutes away should you need anything at all during your stay.

***A $100 pet fee per pet will be charged if you are bringing a pet and we have approved this request. This fee will be collected prior to arrival via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or upon arrival.

- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8 AM, EST. Volume of audio equipment, TVs, and voices should not be loud enough to disturb neighbors at any time.
- Do not hang towels, clothing or bathing suits on the balcony.
- Do not leave shoes, trash, or any personal items outside rental unit.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental, on the balcony, or anywhere else on the rental property. Failure to comply will result in the loss of your entire damage deposit.
- No candles, fireworks, incense, or flames of any kind are allowed inside or outside the property.
- Animals are only permitted in the rental if owner has given prior approval and a pet deposit of $100 per pet has been paid. Tenants are expected to clean up after their pets both inside and outside of rental unit.
- Renters are responsible for the conduct of visiting family, friends, and children.
- Washer/Dryer use is prohibited after 10pm.
- Articles should not be thrown from the balcony.
- The maximum number of occupants is six, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Please remove all sand from the beach chairs, gear, feet, and pets before entering the condo.
- Do not leave food on the counter as it may attract insects. Garbage should be disposed of on a regular basis. Garbage bins are located on the left side of the property (green bin). Please use the recycling bins located on the left side of the property (blue bin) for all glass, paper, cardboard and plastic. Garage bins must placed by the curb every Monday night for collection on Tuesday morning. Recycle bins are placed by the curb every other Monday evening for collection Tuesday morning. A schedule will be posted. Failure to put bins by the curb will result in a $40 fine.
- Turn A/C to 74 degrees when leaving the rental. If you leave the A/C on while away, you may be charged an excessive use fee.

Very basic accommodations. Very clean space, the remodel is nice. If you have more than two guests, expect to sit on kitchen or beach chairs to enjoy family time in the living room space. Guests should be prepared to bring 4 cup coffee maker filters, trash can liners, blender and a crock pot unless prior arrangements with the owner are made. I've rented many places for vacations and these are items I would expect. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

We could not have asked for a better weekend getaway. For starters, we had everything we could ask for. The description does not do this place justice - it's a 1 minute walk from the beach and you can see it from the condo parking! The neighborhood is quaint and peaceful - lovely really. There were towels and beach chairs awaiting our arrival and the entire unit was very clean. We can't wait to return and hopefully rent out both sides of the condo. Our hosts were extremely helpful and answered our questions very quickly about everything from trying to figure out a few things (that should have been obvious to us!) to getting reservations for dinner. A wonderful weekend away and I highly recommend this hidden treasure.

Brooke was a great host, and always responded to emails in a prompt manner. Her place was clean, charming, quiet, and very centrally located and a great short walk to the beach. I went with my girlfriend for a girls trip and we had a wonderful stay. Brooke had all the amenities we needed and having a working kitchen was super nice, as I am a chef and could prepare all our meals at home. It was an exceptional location to walk, run, walk down for a bite if we wanted, or hang out on the beach.

On a quiet street that is one short block from the nearest beach access. The townhouse was very clean and provided for all our needs. Brooke was great to work with and a nice as she could be with all my questions.
