Our yurts are all handmade and are kept to a very high standard. They have a cosy wood burning stove and thick felt liners to keep them warm in all weather conditions. There is a king sized bed and two single futon style beds and plenty of storage for a family of four.

We make sure we have a lot of contact with our guests. We visit the barn regularly to chat about things they can see and do in the area and also to share our extensive knowledge of Cornwall with them.
The area of south east Cornwall is a wonderful mix of rugged coastlines and ancient moorland. You can drive to the north coast beaches in 30-40 mins and the south coast beaches in less than 30 mins. You can also walk onto the moors straight from your accommodation.
You will need a car as we are not on a main bus route.
The yurts are set in a two acre paddock which is secure and gated. There is a firepit area where you can have an open fire and cook over an open flame. There is also a gas BBQ in the firepit area. There are communal decks with patio furniture and a wood fired hot tub for all our guests to use. There are plenty of games and toys for the children.
There is a strict no smoking policy in the barn and in the yurts but you may smoke on the communal decks.
WE do allow dogs on site by arrangement. However we do have a set of guidelines for dogs which we send out to all guests. As we have free range chickens we ask that dogs are kept on a lead onsite.

My husband David and I have lived here for twenty years and have taken early retirement to run this small luxury holiday business. We look after our guests and do everything possible to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We love travelling and walking in the countryside. I like playing tennis and we both enjoy cycling on the moors around where we live. Over the winter we cycled to Spain from Cornwall along the Eurovelo route 1 through France and travelled through Rajasthan in Northern India and went trekking in Nepal.
