Jones is a nice guy, He invited my friend and me for breakfast in his house. He has a wonderful balcony with a fantastic view. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. I didn't miss anything. On my next stay in Uganda . I will stay again at this place.

Jones is a great host, but above all a great person. Over our discussions, I learned so many things about the history of Uganda. Jones kindly invited me to a local breakfast and a tour to discover the Kingdom of Buganda. The 2BR is very clear and in a quiet and safe residential area. I definitely recommend his place for both personal and business trips.

Jones is professional and communicated well before the stay. Also, he was very patient in guiding my taxi driver to his house which made the journey easier. However, I did not stay at Jones's place because of a late realization - regarding its location being further away from my friends in KLA than expected. Therefore, I can't say anything about what it's like to live at Jones's place.

Réponse de Jones :
Yes, it is unfortunate that Erik's main place of visit was in the opposite side of the city [East Kampala] vis-avis Munyonyo where we are [West of the city]. We had looked forward to hosting him. We just trust that there will be another occasion where he will have business in our part of Kampala, hence an opportunity to host him. Jones

Jones is a wonderful host. He invited me for breakfast twice, and the last day he even accompanied me to visit Kampala. Jones is a former minister of the Buganda Kingdom, and is deeply knowledgeable of all the traditional customs. He explained me how the traditional kingdom work, the differences of the various tribes and clans in Uganda, and showed me the King's Palace and Parliament. A fascinating experience. He built his house at the top of a small hill, with very nice views on the Lake Victoria. I was attending a conference at the Spekle Resort, and his house is only 5' walk. Highly recommended. Thanks so much Jones for the wonderful experience.

Jones has a nice and a quiet apartment in a safe area. The apartment itself is quite nice with two bedrooms, separate living room and a kitchen. A minor negative issue is that doors between rooms do not stay closed very well and quite easily keep banging in the night. The kitchen has basic amenities but for more serious cooking it desperately deserves more and better utensils. The owner has two guard dogs that might seem somewhat formidable to some people when they come running around at dark. Actually they are very friendly to people they know. Just don't leave your clothes outside - I got my towel eaten / torn to pieces during the night :) Jones himself is a nice person when I got to see him (he seems to be away quite much). He offered me a breakfast one morning and showed me around in his big house.
