10% sales tax is included in the price. You will note in the reviews we have had trouble with the internet. It was driving us, as well as ATT, crazy, but 'we' finally figured it out. ATT found the woodpeckers had loaded up a connection on the telephone pole with acorns down the street, messing up the signal. Mystery solved!
We don't really have a lot of rules other than no smoking, no pets, and make yourself at home.
We are Greg and Kim Shaffer and Bryan Sissell, the married couple and the bachelor brother. Greg and Kim currently live in Little Rock, AR, and Bryan is a local Three Rivers guy. We all grew up in the Los Angeles area, but our parents fell in love with the Sequoias and bought property in Three Rivers in the early 1990's. We have either lived here or visited frequently since that time, soaking up the beauty and peace this area has to offer as often as possible. The rivers are one of nature's highlights here, so we were excited to be able to own a house with such a beautiful, natural landscape right in our backyard. We bought the house in August, 2013, and have completely renovated it inside and out. Every where you look, there is attention to detail and uniqueness. From the tree in the living room to the horse trough tub, it is obvious we had a lot of fun with this project. Being from a big city, we understand the need for a stress-free, relaxing vacation that allows you to experience nature with all the comforts of home. We hope you love this house and the area as much as we do.
