Average size room with 24 inch flat screen TV. Window behind the bed that let's in a decent breeze. Bathroom is located three steps away from your door. Bedroom door also has a lock on it that comes with a key. The house itself is located directly across from niawanda park and the river. Its gorgeous here in the summer. Located up the street from other parks, restaurants like Mississippi mudds, old man rivers, and smoke on the water. Also located less than 30 minutes from niagara falls.

The house itself is right across from the water with a river walk that runs for miles. Gorgeous in the summer for walks/runs. Up the street from tonawanda staples like Mississippi Mudds and Old Mans River. Phenomenal food and ice cream! Also live right across from Tonawanda Police and Niawanda Park. Very safe and fun area

Driveway, and the main entrance is the side door. I dont include the living room as a common area but if you wanted to watch something on cable, as long as I am home I wouldn't be opposed to it. I'd have to be home though to address any issues that may occur. Same would go for the kitchen

It's a nice area. Again I'm right across from the water and many local restaurant staples that are walking distance of a few minutes from the house. There is a supermarket up the street and very close to the weekend bar scene. Bars like Dwyers and Crazy Jake's are just a few minutes away.
