I did not push back their check in. Actually, I did everything, even if very inconvenient for me,I could to be there a 3pm as requested and I did it. Please remember that this is Airbnb and not a hotel with 24/7 concierge and people might have unexpected things to attend. However you used most of the time in my house as check in is after 2pm and check out before 10am as described on the listing, as 99.9% of the hotels around the world.
There is a big sign on our front door saying "please shoes outside" and " no guests of guests allowed at anytime".
However while I was hanging out the washing (which I started before your arrival, sorry if I did not throw everything on the ground to welcome you as you deserve) they ignored both signs and entered with filthy shoes and another person in my house.
I was not rude and abrupt,I was simply in a bit of rush and I had to remind them the house rules which are also written on our listing and they agreed to them as term and condition of your reservation.
I was very pleased too that they stayed only one night.
