The entire upstairs and deck area is all yours. So is the front garden and the whole carpark.
The office is occupied during business hours only and we park out on the street.

Note: From 9am - 5pm weekdays we "the owners" have a private small business office (unsigned) located in the downstairs of the property. It is completely separate and has its own entrance. We won't bother you and we like you to think of the house as your own. We have lived in Brisbane for over 25 years, 19 years in Camp Hill so we would love to help you find your way around should you need it, please give me a call or text if you need help with anything.

Smoking - outside on deck only.
Kitchen must be left clean upon departure. Your dishes need to be washed or at least in the dishwasher and turned on an benches wiped. All rubbish needs to be removed from the house and put into the street bins beside the shed.
"The pet clause"
We would like your pets to enjoy their stay as well, so the following conditions must be strictly adhered to:
Pets must be mentioned upon booking and gain verbal approval from owner.
Pets must be kept off the soft furnishings at all times for the comfort of our future non pet loving visitors!
Any damage caused by your pets is your responsibility and will need to be paid for in full.
You must clean up after your pet - excess cleaning charges will apply if I have to pick up poo...
We love our neighbours so the no party policy applies to this property.

Excellent process from beginning to end. Tracey was very helpful, the accommodation is exactly as described and the area gave us easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. We will be back.

Hi there potential guests and possible hosts.

My husband (Richard) and I would love to host you at one of our properties "Chill Camp Hill", "Hawthorne on the Park" or our most recent addition "Bella Bulimba". We have both lived in Brisbane for over 25 years and we love our city! Whats more, we also love our little corner of Brisbane, yes we live in Camp Hill (only 5 mins from Hawthorne and Bulimba). So if you need help with the where/what/why we are more than happy to point you in the right direction.

We love to socialise and eating out with friends or entertaining guests at home is what we do.

We also love to travel, however now that we are getting a little bit older we love the comforts of home. The 3 properties are decked out with all the important stuff... too many to list but a clean kitchen, aircon, dishwasher, comfy beds and outdoor entertaining area (especially in warm climates) are our must haves these days.

We are looking forward to meeting you all and hope that you enjoy your stay.
