Great Williamsburg, Brooklyn location near some of the best dining and nightlife in NYC. Short walk to Subways (JMZ/L/G), close to Manhattan. Beautiful apartment. Exposed brick open living area w/ great kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and an adorable Puggle puppy.
Welcome! Please make this your home away from home during your stay in NYC.
You will be renting our guest bedroom. It is a nice size for a short stay and has a window with plenty of natural light throughout the day. It has a full sized bed, dresser and bookshelf. The shared bathroom has shower/tub, sink, and toilet.
There is air conditioning throughout the apartment, and a unit in your bedroom window.
The bedrooms look out on a nice courtyard.
Accès des voyageurs
Guests have access to the whole apartment, except our bedroom. Feel free to make use of the kitchen to make yourself breakfast or a snack, and the fridge is available to store small items during your stay.

My husband will be out of town, so you will only be sharing the apartment with me (and our friendly, quiet, puppy). I am here to assist you whenever you need help during your stay and to provide local advice. I am generally quite social with our guests, and like to host visitors and establish a comfortably friendly rapport.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, which means a bit of a walk up the stairs. There is no elevator.
We have wifi, so no need to worry about that.
There are several laundromats within a few blocks, and a coin operated machine set in our basement.
Lots of food places deliver here around the clock, and there are several convenience stores and a large grocery store within a few blocks.
The neighbors are very easy-going and nice.
We have a very cute puggle puppy named Poppy Seed. She is young enough to still be adorable, but old enough to be well-trained.
Absolutely no guests are allowed during your stay. You are renting the room for yourself only.
Please be respectful of our downstairs neighbors, especially if you come home late.
Make sure you explore the neighborhood. It is a really great place to eat, drink, and people-watch.
No smoking in the apartment. You may smoke in front of the building.
When checking out, please leave bed linens and towels in a pile on the floor in preparation for the cleaner.
I am an Event Designer here in New York, and my partner works at a software company in PR & Marketing. I am originally from California, and he is a crazy Aussie. We are a gay couple who love to have a nice time, and love the hell out of living in our place. We will definitely guide you to the great spots in the area, and we are more than happy to answer any questions you have about ourselves, the neighborhood, or NYC at large. We just want to make sure that your stay at our place is as fun, comfortable, and memorable as possible.
