The Lazy Breeze Retreat is a 640 square foot, newly renovated, condo on North Padre Island. King size bed with a pull out sofa, full kitchen and dining table. Full shower/tub combo. Secured entry. Walking distance to restaurants and the new Schlitterbahn! *please read 'other things to note' section. Thanks!

Le logement

The Lazy Breeze Retreat is a great place to stay and relax. With full kitchen (4 burner stove, Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Coffee maker, Dish washer), all the plates, cups, cooking utensils etc. Dining room table seats 4. Bedroom is a large and easily holds a king bed, dresser and two side tables. There is a large closet to hold all your stuff plus some! Bathroom has a tub/shower combo with the sink outside of the tub/toilet area...this way someone doesn't hog up the bathroom the whole time! Flat screen TV's and a new pull out sofa make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a patio for you to enjoy the sunshine and a view of the canal and pool.

We love how this spacious condo is located in such a cozy complex. Pool, Hot Tub, Boat Slip (first come first serve) , and boat parking. The room is walking distance to BBQ, Ice Cream, Liquor Store, Pizza!, nail salon, CVS and a souvenir shop just steps away. The new Schlitterbahn is literally at the end of the road. Less than .10 of a mile down the road.

We live just in town about 10 minutes away and are usually available by phone for any questions.

Autres remarques

There is a $40 cleaning fee. We will waive cleaning fee if you book 4+ nights during off peak (After Labor Day - Before memorial day). *** There is a 10% tax rate that must be collected for local Hotel Tax. AirBNB (for some reason) only collects PART of our required hotel tax. (I'm Sorry!) As per AirBnB policy/suggestion, we will collect the state/local mandated tax upon arrival. You are responsible for leaving the tax before you leave.

Megan is a terrific and attentive host! Her place is central to all things on the island, yet it is a quiet and cool oasis after a sunny day at the beach. Our family of 3 adults had plenty of space and all the amenities needed.

We had such a great stay! Very conveniently located near the beach, which was perfect for our family's need to work around our infants nap schedule. The condo was very clean, and the pool was great! Megan was quick to assist with any questions or concerns! Thanks Megan! :)

We had a wonderful experience staying at Megan's place. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were perfect for our family. The location is ideal because you can buy a beach pass directly across the highway and then proceed to the beach at Mustang Island in about 7 minutes. You are also close to some great local spots for food and drink. I would definitely recommend Island Joe's Coffee and JB's German Bakery. While the galley kitchen is small, it is well stocked with all of the stuff necessary to make breakfast, cook dinner, etc. The pool was refreshing after a day on the beach, and even though the current construction project did limit our access to the docks/canal, we did manage to set out a few crab nets. Megan was a caring host who was readily available and would communicate helpful tips and concerns.

Megan's place was perfect for our little vacation for our family of 3. Close to beach access and schlitterbahn. She was very communicative and even let us know when we might run into traffic. Thanks for the great stay, Megan!
