We are indeed sorry that this guest has not had an exemplary experience at the Coach House, as we pride ourselves on our accommodations and service and make every effort to ensure that all expectations are met and exceeded. With his input, we have now left a third portable heater to ensure future guests are not left wanting any possible comfort. We leave ourselves at our guests' disposal (with our email, home number, and cell number as a precautionary measure) to make sure all issues, if any, can be addressed. Regarding the concern of mice, there has never, to date, been any sign of mice in the Coach House. Our 2 full time tenants have never seen any indication of mice. Notwithstanding, we are looking into it to ensure it remains that way.
I do sincerely apologize for the poor skiing conditions and dreary rain/weather during Marc's stay but this is well beyond our control. That said, we do wish that the tenant advised us in advance about any of the inconvenience that he experienced but, unfortunately, it only came to light after his stay.
