I want to tell in detail about Guest Nico.
The apartment that Nico had booked from another Host, turned out to be busy and Nico and his family had nowhere to spend the night. I received a request from Nico on July 26 in the evening, at 19:58. I approved the request right away, but it turned out that Nico had a problem with the payment. Nico managed to pay for the reservation only about 21:27. Nico booked an economy-class apartment, but I had another apartment of a higher class available, so when Nico appeared I invited the guests to choose which of these 2 apartments they want to stay in. The reserved apartment was ready but for preparing the bed places in the new apartment I needed at least an hour. About what, I immediately warned. The guests agreed and we set to work.
During this time, the guests were in the apartment and had the opportunity to use the kitchen, bathroom, WC.
After one hour and 15 minutes the preparation was completed and Nico made a rebooking for this apartment.
As a result, I had to work late, after 22-00. I, also, provided the Guest with free parking, although this is not my responsibility.
So, I am very surprised by the "3" rating for accuracy and, unfortunately, I take it as ingratitude.
