Recently refurbished one bedroom apartment in the popular Stockbridge area of the city. Bustling with bars, cafes and boutique shops Stockbridge is both apart and connected to the city with Princes Street only 15 minutes stroll away.
Built in 1851 on the edge of the New Town this listed apartment still retains some of its original plasterwork and wooden shutters.
The old is offset by a modern kitchen, bathroom and heating system. Still the log burning stove is more fun and a week’s worth of wood and kindling is supplied in with the price.
Though quite small there is a working area with desk and printer for those not just in Edinburgh on a break.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed with a small en-suite toilet and sink. There is a sofa bed in the lounge suitable for a single adult. The main bathroom had a shower, toilet and sink.
Nothing else springs to mind at present.

No smoking either in the apartment or the stairwell and if you do want to bring a pet please let me know in advance - not really suitable for big dogs.
Friendly chap doing what he must to keep the wolf from the door.
Occasionally wishing it could be Christmas every day, but not that often.
A relative newcomer to Edinburgh and enjoying it immensely.
