A lake front house in forest on mountain top. It is the only house on a 7-acre lake. It has 5 bdrm/8 beds & 3 full bath. Sleep for 10. Renovated & clean. Extremely beautiful, very private & quiet! Hiking, fishing, hunting, BBQ, table tennis ... 90 miles from NYC. 40 miles from Woodbury outlet. Most are highways. Just relax & enjoy the nature. Very nice weather in summer!
A two-story house just renovated with 10 acres of forest. It is the only house on a 7-acre lake on the top of a Catskill Mountain. It is in the woods and almost invisible from the road. Extremely private and quiet. Gorgeous beauty! Everyone visiting the house loves it! The first floor (1300 ft2) has 3 bedrooms with night stand and desk in each room (the master bedroom has a king-size bed, second room has a full-size bed and the third has two single beds), 2 full bathrooms (one is in the master bedroom), an open space of kitchen, dining area and living room with two sides of wide glass doors. The basement has two bedrooms (two single beds in each room) and a full bathroom with a large activity area equipped with a table tennis table and a 6-foot pool table. There are total eight beds for 10 people, several tables and 20+ chairs. There are a 500-ft2 deck and a very nice propane BBQ grill. Two rowing boats (sitting 3-4 persons each) are provided for fun on the lake! Minimum two nights for weekends, and minimum three nights for holiday weekends. The owner has a special rental agreement for the guest to sign. The agreement basically says the guests should take responsibility if causing any damage to the place, and the guests should not hold the owner liable/accountable for anything happened to the guests. Guests can access to the whole house, the lake, and the forest. Guests can do boating with the two boats provided. Fishing, hiking and hunting are fun also.

We do not interact with the guests except checking once a while to see if everything going well.
The owner is not responsible for any anything happened to the guests. The owner does not provide any food. The running water is from a well and it is clear. It is the guests' choice whether to drink from the well or not although the house owner does drink from the well. The owner has a special rental agreement for the guest to sign. The main body of the agreement follows:
The guest has agreed to take full responsibility for the damage(s) to the house including, but not limited to, the house, furniture, kitchen/dining utensils, TV, appliances, boats, table tennis equipment, pool table etc., which is(are) caused by the guest and/or his/her companies.
The guest and his companies have agreed not to perform any illegal activities which are prohibited by federal, state, or local government laws or regulations. The guest will take full responsibilities for any illegal activities conducted by the guest and/or his/her companies.
The guest and his/her companies have agreed not to hold, under any circumstances, the vacation house owner for any responsibilities/liabilities for any thing happened to the guest and his/her companies, and/or their belongings, including any body injuries and even loss of life.
The guest has agreed to checkout at the above mentioned “CHECK OUT TIME”. If the guest and/or his/her companies cannot move out by the above mentioned “CHECK OUT TIME”, upon the written agreement including text message from the house owner, the guest and his/her companies can stay for additional days, and the guest has agreed to pay $285 per week day and $385 per weekend day for the additional days.
No pets please. No outdoor shoes inside the house (indoor shoes provided). No smoking inside the house. Guests are not allowed to pick and take anything from the premise. No illegal activities.
