Our spacious double ensuite loft room with its own mini-kitchen area is a stone's throw from the beach in Hove. Within walking distance of the pubs and restaurants of central Hove and a short bus ride to the shops, pubs, restaurants and clubs of central Brighton!
A gorgeously bright and sunny loft room with ensuite shower room. Look out of the window and you can see the sea! The room has its own fridge with ice compartment to keep your drinks chilled to perfection.
The super-comfy double bed has a sumptuous duckdown duvet, and we provide Egyptian cotton bedlinen and fluffy towels.
There are tea & coffee-making facilities in the mini-kitchen area, which includes a fridge and sink. You are welcome to prepare breakfast and cold foods here and we can provide any cutlery and crockery that you need. Otherwise there are loads of fantastic places serving breakfast and brunch in Brighton & Hove, the nearest being Drury's Cafe just round the corner on Richardson Road.
There is super-fast Wifi, and a table and chairs in the room if you need to do any work.
The room is at the top of our family house. We have two (usually!) polite children and a friendly labrador dog, all of whom are usually two floors away on the ground floor, so the room is peaceful and quiet.

I am a children's books editor and mum with a passion for all things outdoors, from mountain biking, windsurfing & skiing to a simple hike up on the South Downs. I have lived in Brighton for over 20 years with my husband Jake, who runs Brighton's oldest cocktail bar. We have hiked around Nepal's Annapurna Circuit, whitewater rafted down the Karnali River, trekked the Haute Route in the Alps and hitchhiked across Australia's Northern Territory (a good idea at the time...). Running on the South Downs and swimming in the sea keep us sane. We love meeting new people from all walks of life and the ever-widening horizons they bring into the house. Variety is the spice of life :)
