Emplacement

Wilsall, Montana, États-Unis

This is a great spot to get away from it all!

* Quiet and rural area.

* Immediate neighborhood is an old ranch that has been subdivided into 20-50 acre parcels.

* Bordered to the north by a cattle grazing lease...you'll see cows grazing during the summer and keep your eyes out for wildlife (deer, elk, pronghorn antelope, fox, coyotes and lots of birds seen on a regular basis! Infrequent moose and bear sightings too.).

* Nearest town, the small town on Wilsall, is 9 miles away and has your basics (general store, two restaurants, bar, post office, health clinic).

* 45 minutes from Bozeman, 1 hour from Livingston, and 1.5 hours from Yellowstone National Park's north entrance.

After being nomadic for many years, I set down roots in Wilsall in 2012. I love this place...waking up to amazing sunrises over the Crazy Mountains, adventuring in the Bridgers, and enjoying the beauty and quiet of the wide open spaces and some of the starriest skies I've ever seen! I've been working on small-scale farms in the area, and am excited to put what I've learned into practice on the Root to Rise property where I'll be growing mixed vegetables and offering farm-to-yoga retreats. I look forward to sharing this area with guests, and am happy to be as hands on (with lots of information on recreation opportunities and area attractions, and tours of the market garden) or as hands off (you can enjoy a peaceful personal retreat or private event here) as you like. Welcome...I hope you will love this area as much as I do!
