This sunny unit, located in a highly desirable area of town, is a wonderful place to relax. It's cozy and inviting. The interior is quiet but minutes from the action of the city. The view is breathtaking, which is why we bought it.

I prefer to check you in in person if we can so I can give you some tips on the city (if you want them) and after that it's up to you. :)
I love this city and want you to love your stay, so if you'd like some guidance I'm happy to give you some tips. (I'm "in the know" on restaurants, bars, the arts, sports, and the music scene.) In the alternative, if you prefer to be left to your own devices, I totally get it.
Enjoy Seattle! It's a great city!
It's a block and a half from Key Arena, which has great events all summer, and a few blocks from the Needle, Children's Museum, Sculpture Park, piers, and Pacific Science Center as well.
Be nice to my place and enjoy your time! ;) I keep the unit clean.
The building has quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am.
No smoking in the unit is allowed.
I'm ok with well trained pets as I'm an animal lover.
I'm an easy going professional who likes to get out and enjoy the city. I moved to Seattle in 2001. I enjoy live music, good food and wine, travel, the arts, and exploring. I'm well versed in attractions you'd want to check out, what restaurants are great if you are a foodie or if you're not, and what art exhibits will impress.
I'm happy to give guidance about what you might be interested in seeing, doing, experiencing, if you'd like it. If you'd prefer to be left to your own devices, I respect that. There are lots of different travel styles and what's important is that you are traveling.
I'm an educated professional but I prefer to be defined by the things I'm passionate about. Truth be told, I wish I traveled more and worked less.
What I love about Air BnB is getting to meet people from the US and abroad and share the love I have for Seattle with them.
My life motto is "carpe diem." It's the way I travel and the way I try to live.
