We live in Windhoek the capital of Namibia but we have an agent at the coast who looks after our guests. She will be available at all times to help you with anything you may need to know or if you experience a problem. We though have our own apartment on the premises and are some times there. I give my guests space but am available when they need me. We are also available on our cell phones if guests need us.
WiFi is available at the house. The WiFi is unlimited. Please note that our house is in a remote area and the WIFI and cell phone reception is some times intermittent. There is not much we can do about it because the problem is with the service provider. Only the ground floor of the house is available for renting out while the 2nd floor is for the owner's use only. Please note that there are no shops at Dolphin Beach you are advised to buy all your supplies either at Swakopmund or Walvis Bay on your way in.
No smoking allowed. Well behaved pets welcome.
