Just a 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants in Southern California, as well as the key tourist attractions: the famous Santa Monica Pier, 3rd Street Prominade, Venice Beach, etc

Santa Monica has so much to offer, I can provide you with tips and hints if you would like. Just let me know. The unit has two bedrooms. I welcome you into the spacious master suite, while I am in the second bedroom.
The ocean is our neighbor! I can provide you with beach towels, a picnic basket, and two boogie boards. Bikes can be rented. At the end of Main Street there is a popular natural foods grocery store which is a 10 minute walk away. On Sunday there is a farmer's market less then a 5 minute walk away. Whole Foods has two stores approximately 1-2 miles away. I am open to helping you shop for food if you are staying a month or longer. I also can pick you up at the airport and drop you off, if you are really nice to me! I like presents from foreign countries!
Due to Santa Monica city codes, all bookings must be over 31 days at a minimum. Believe me, this is such an awesome neighborhood you will want to stay as long as possible! Also, although I remember being a poor student, I do not extend discounts to students. (sorry!) Guests must be verified by AirBnB, to be considered. This condo has been designed with a very clean aesthetic. Guests are expected to support the cleanliness of the household. No smoking is allowed on the property. Sorry, no pets are allowed either! It is our beach policy to remove shoes at the door and treat it well. This building has a 24 hour quiet policy. All guests are expected to uphold the policy, as well as respect the property. No additional guests outside of those on the agreement are allowed in the unit. In addition to the monthly rental fee, long term guests, will be expected to pay a utilities fee of $85./month. Terms like this, are summarized in the "Additional Lease terms" document, designed to bring "it all to the surface" to pave the way for smooth sailing as roommates! Finally, even though this area is known to be a haven for vacationing, I prefer to host people who are here to work.
