Brand new this year we are installing a state of the art 7 person Ozone treated hot tub!! Semi private, it will be shared with the other house I have on property.
For skiers, we are located only 3 miles to the skier parking lot at Boyne Mountain! I live to ski, moved up here to ski actually! I can give you lots of great inside info on where to meet, park, and eat there.
Property is nestled at the base of one of the tallest steepest mountains in the area called 'Old Maids Nipple'. The view up the mountains through the exotic swaying fern grove is breathtaking from back of the house. Gardens everywhere and solar lights abound at night to create a fairy tale space day and night.
Main house also new this year we will have an all sand Bonfire area just a little further up the now terraced mountainside from the hot tub.
Main house is surrounded by an enormous fenced with bushes and flowers spilling over and around everywhere. The house is wrapped in a deck and surrounded in bamboo fence for shade and privacy. Some like it best of all features here.

Located conveniently right on main road (M 75) between Boyne Mountain (3 miles)and less than 2 miles to center of Boyne City & harbor of Lake Charlevoix. Walk to Boyne Adventure Golf, BC Lanes with live music, BC Pizza, Quick Care Medical, Challenge Mountain Thrift store, Up North Party Store, Chase Bank
Less than 3 miles to Young's and Whiting State Parks each with beautiful beaches.
45 minutes to Mackinaw, 15 minutes to Petoskey, 25 to Charlevoix, hour to Traverse City , 30 to Gaylord
Boyne City has at least 4 city parks, very nice farmers market, and in the summer closes main street each Friday Night for 'STROLL THE STREETS' and has a party with several live musicians and groups and other performers from 6-9 or 10. Great way to catch the sunset into Lake Charlevoix. Another great way is Wednesday's concert in the park gazebo park.
The whole downtown area of Boyne city is one park after another along the shores of Lake Charlevoix and the Boyne River feeding into it snakes it way through the back side of main street into the lake.
You can also walk to three small fishing decks across the highway in Boyne Aire Biz Park. Hardly anyone knows about them. Nice hike down a trail to the river bank.
I have 9 kayaks, 3 of them 6 footers made just for children, and there are several rivers to choose from in the area. The put in for the Boyne River is less than a mile away and I pick you up where it feeds into Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City.
I have a small fleet of 9 kayaks, life vests, beach toys, lawn furniture and beach towels to go along.
I will plan, port, and guide you on any boyne river from here for your own private group float for only $25 a person.
I know nothing about fishing...there is a dam walking distant where I often see many gathered. My boyfriend and I kayak fish on two smaller inland lakes here, season dependent.

Became a certified massage therapist in 2009 and went on to study Reiki and all kinds of energy work. I offer these up on property along with group and individual facials in the Zen Den.
I moved here in 2010 and started the endless renovations because my two passions, downhill skiing and river kayaking were in such close proximity. Coming from flatland about 30 miles north of Lansing I fell in love with my mountainside.
I enjoy reading and gardening as my quiet time leisure.
I love to travel anywhere, since I've moved here though I enjoy "stay"cations for all the great activities and natural beauty offered in this area.
Indian and Thai foods are my favorite, love aromatic spices.
I love meeting and helping guests to get the most out of their time here. I am on property to serve with quick response.
My only rule is have fun here!
