This listing is professionally managed which means you have access to someone 24/7 and there is someone in the neighborhood for emergencies.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Parking: Unlike most of SF, the area around my home does not require parking permits which means you can park for many days in one spot as long as there's no street cleaning (once per week).
The front bedroom gets quite sunny in the morning, but there is a blackout shade behind the curtains to help you sleep in.
｡Smoking is allowed only in the backyard, please take your cigarette butts
｡Quiet in the backyard after 9pm
｡Please replace any moved furniture
｡If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
Si vous annulez jusqu'à 24 heures avant le voyage, vous recevez un remboursement intégral. En cas d'annulation au cours des 24 heures précédant le voyage, la première nuit n'est pas remboursable.

I was born and raised in the Bay Area. I called NYC my home for 6 years and have spent good chunks of time in Paris, New Zealand, and various parts of Mexico.
My travel time has been happily split between things like finding the perfect almond croissant in a new city, snorkeling with sea turtles or whale sharks, and camping next to a mountain stream. In recent years, I've been lucky enough to continue to these adventures with my husband (an Ecology Professor and avid fly-fisherman) and son (newly a Spanish speaker, after we spent half of his first grade on the Yucatan Peninsula).
I first moved to the Inner Mission in 2005 and love being able to share this amazing neighborhood and our beautiful city and surrounding area with guests.
