Very clean and well equipped apartment. Short walk (5 mins) to nearest metro to get into city centre. Huge supermarket right next door. Recommend for a stay in Sofia.

Martin and Eva are exceptional hosts! Very communicative, helpful and their lovely apartment is perfect. Great location, safe, clean quiet with all the necessary amenities... and fast WiFi!! Martin is available and ready to help with any needs. The apartment is around the corner from a large BILLA market, is easy walking distance from two malls and is right down the street from the metro station. The gorgeous, enormous public park is a 5-minute walk from the door of the apartment. If you plan to visit Sofia (you should!), we absolutely recommend Martin and Eva's place. A 10+.

Martin and Eva were great hosts! The communication worked effortlessly. And the apartment is modern, cosy, clean with high comfort and located in a quiet but central neighbourhood. We highly recommend it!

An absolutely ideal location and lovely apartment along with the kind and responsive hosts making for an easy and thoroughly enjoyable trip. The apartment is as exactly described and very good value. I would imagine it would be hard to find a much better location outside of the city centre. I can remember previous reviews mentioning the ease of getting to the city centre and indeed airport via the Metro but along the road of the flat there are several nice restaurants, cafes, a couple of pharmacies, a massive supermarket and a bank where you can exchange currency. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone particularly if you are looking for a long-weekend to spend exploring the City.

I stayed in Martin's and Eva's flat for two months and had a great time, I never had any problems. The apartment is quiet since it faces the back yard, and it is clean and looks exactly like in the pictures. The area is safe and only two metro stops (5 mins) from the center Serdika. Communication with Martin worked very well, too. I can recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Sofia for a long or short stay!
