- This property is offered strictly for short-term/vacation rentals to age appropriate adults, in owners sole discretion. Guests must complete the Airbnb verification process to owners satisfaction and sign a License Agreement after the reservation has been accepted through Airbnb. Failure to return the signed License Agreement to owner will invalidate guests reservation and you will not be able to enter the property. This property is NOT offered for parties including but not limited to graduation groups of any kind, bachelor or bachelorette parties or subletting of any kind. Anyone violating the rules and/or signed terms under the License Agreement may be removed from the premises with no refunds whatsoever. Proof of ID driver's license, passport or other government issues ID, must match the primary Airbnb guests published photo on Airbnb . Reservations made on behalf of others regardless of the circumstances is strictly prohibited. Signatures on the License Agreement by anyone other than the primary Airbnb guest who submits the reservation, will not be accepted.

The primary Airbnb guest must agree to occupy the premises, provide proof of identity directly to owner, sign a License Agreement with the names and ages of all in their party and shall not rent on behalf of others without occupying the premises. Please be considerate of my neighbors and the property and treat it as you would want your home treated. Strictly prohibited but not limited to include: pets, smoking, parties or sub-letting, charging a fee or hosting for parties of any kind, bachelor or bachelorette parties, any illegal activities whatsoever, loud music past 10pm or misuse of the home or its contents.

Owner requires prospective renters to complete the Airbnb Verification process to owners satisfaction, have a picture posted and confirm the names and ages of all in your party and sign a License Agreement and provide proof of identity with a government issued I.D. Failure to sign and return a scanned copy of the License Agreement and photo I.D. after the reservation is accepted will invalidate your reservation and you will be subject to the Strict Cancellation Policy as outlined by Airbnb. No exceptions or full refunds will be made.

In owners sole discretion, a $50 fee per every 15 minutes of late check-out past the first 15 min, may be imposed. If a late check-out penalty is imposed, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit. If check-out occurs 1 hour after scheduled check-out time, owner may retain the greater of the entire security deposit or the amount of the daily rental rate then being charged in addition to any and all recourse and remedies available to owner.

There is a two night (2) minimum stay required during the off season (September following Labor Day through May prior to Memorial Weekend). During the months of June through Labor Day week, a one (1) week minimum stay is required unless otherwise agreed to in owners sole discretion. Owner will require primary Airbnb renter(s) to sign a license agreement and provide a copy of their valid driver's, passport or government issued I.D. and list all names and ages of those in their party.

You will need to supply your own sheets, towels paper products and trash bags. The mattresses are covered/encased in protective covers for sanitary reasons. Do not remove these unless to launder and put back on bed. Otherwise, notify owner if they are missing or need to be replaced. Blankets will be provided. (A detailed property guidebook will be provided)

You Need to bring your own sheets and towels so on a weekend trip it is tougher, but can walk to downtown in 15 min and the house is cozy with a big porch!

Thanks Sarah. Correct, as per the house guidelines, I do not supply linens. They can be rented by a linen supply company for your future reference.

Great clean place! Lovely decor and rooms are good sizes --mattresses are very comfortable too! We walked to the beach everyday and it was a nice walk most is on the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much.

Nice clean home. Beds were comfortable. Stocked with ample pots and pans and accoutrements so no worry there. Convenient and new washer dryer. And heat/AC newish and functioned great. Two parking spots. No problems renting this property. Rhonda pretty professional. Would rent again!

Spacious, well-accommodated home in a great location! The kitchen is well stocked, the home is beautifully finished, and the walk to the beach only took about 20 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again!

This home was very clean and furnishings were all up to date and beautiful. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the 20 minute walk to the beach was enjoyable. I would suggest taking bicycles. We look forward to renting this beach house again! The host was readily available when we were having trouble with the passcode upon check in and also after check out when I thought I had left my purse there (it was later found in my car!).
