Upscale neighborhood with lots of parking and no traffic noise. 15 minute drive to free parking lots at #1 Siesta Key beaches. Clean, smoke-free, no-pets house with a welcoming host. Two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and closet. Your bedrooms plus private bath are on the opposite side of the house from me. Super clean sheets and towels are sanitized between guests. Safe, friendly neighborhood and lots-to-do town! I love Sarasota and want you to have a wonderful stay in my hometown.
You will live like a native, in a house that is two miles to the best beach in America! Siesta Beach is wide, with white soft sand that never gets hot -- really! This walkable neighborhood has sidewalks with single family homes with characteristic cement tile roofs. The area around Sarasota has everything from downtown hot spots to local parks and natural wonders. There will be so much to do anytime you arrive. Our weather is warm, our Gulf Coast water is calm, and you will definitely have fun!

I go about my life and am happy to talk to guests about what you want to get out of your visit. Sometimes our paths will cross, but occupants of both rooms will have your own keys to the house and can come and go as you please.
I took most of the pictures in my listing, and I've visited almost all of the places on my things-to-do list. So feel free to ask me questions; I can help you plan activities ahead of time or point you on a spontaneous adventure!
I want to make your trip special and filled with good memories. So let me know if I can answer any questions or help in any way.

I am a musician, singer and writer enjoying life near the beach in a vibrant small city on the west coast of Florida! My children are grown, and I moved to Florida to start a new life in a warm place (Philadelphia PA is my hometown). I want my guests to have fun while they are in town so I can point you to lots of things to do, places to eat, and local color! See Sarasota through the eyes of a native.
