Set in an idyllic position beside Cardrona golf course, the property enjoys an enviable location in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The spacious suite (40sq m) is peacefully located in the wing of a beautiful family home. It’s a wonderful split-level space and includes plenty of storage and a superb ensuite bathroom.
The property is in an ideal location for exploring the scenic Tweed Valley, with cycle trails, walking routes, the golf course and the river itself, all right on the doorstep!

However, the space can also be easily adapted, to comfortably accommodate a family of four, or up to three adults sharing.
