Your interactions will vary at this location, depending on the schedules in our other properties. It's entirely possible the host will be on property for your entire stay, (we're currently in the middle of an exterior paint job).
Off street parking is available. While not generally necessary in this neighborhood, it can simplify compliance with city parking ordinances.
We expect tolerant and respectful behavior, there are often children about and rude language will not be tolerated.
There will be no smoking either inside, or within 20 ft of the entrance due to the allergic reactions of your host.
Pets are not generally allowed, antique wood floors do not mix well with them.
