House details: The house is an older 2-story single-family home. Out front there is a patio, garden, bbq, and hammock. Downstairs is a fully equipped shared kitchen, eating area, living room with fully functioning fireplace, and half bathroom. Upstairs are four bedrooms and one full shared bathroom.
The rooms: Each room has a single bed, a bedside table, lamp, a wicker bookcase, and place to store your clothing and personal items (either a closet or wardrobe). Depending on the room, you will either have a view of Quito, a small private balcony, or a garden view.

You will have access to your private bedroom, the fully-equipped kitchen, eating area, living room, and outdoor spaces (downstairs patio and garden).

Our house manager lives in one of the bedrooms. She is from the U.S. and works as an English teacher at a university in Quito. She is available to help with anything you need during your stay.
We have a washing machine in the house and lines on the patio to dry your clothes (no electric dryer).
There is a coffee machine.
Food is not included in your stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a space for you to store personal food items if you wish to cook.
