This chic yet urban 2 BHK apartment rests on the 4th Floor, This apartment can accommodate around 6 guests. It has 2 Air-Conditioned bedrooms each comes with a double bed. Extra mattress are provided. . It also has a lift facility and private parking in the complex and 24X7 security services .
The apartment is made up of a commodious living room area inclusive of a modern sofa corner with a Led TV to relax and enjoy some entertainment. It also has a balcony that has a view of the pool and the Entire complex.
Dining area is attached to the living area. It has a plastic dining table that can seat four.
The kitchen is separate and is fully equipped with a Whirlpool single door fridge, IFB microwave , Philips Induction plate, Croma Double toaster, Pigeon hot water kettle , Eureka forbes Water Purifier and basic utensils and cutlery . One cannot cook here as no gas stove is provided. It also has a balcony with the view of the entrance of the complex. There is fully automatic washing machine and clothes stand is provided to dry your clothes.
The Master bedroom is air-conditioned, with 6’x 5’ long king size bed with an attached bathroom. It has Double Door wardrobe, two side tables and a mirror too. The bedroom also has a balcony with a lovely view of the entire complex.
The Guest bedroom is air-conditioned has 6’x 5 long king size bed with two side tables and one mirror and a double door wardrobe. The bedroom also has a balcony with a view of the pool and the surrounding area. The common washroom consists of new-age bathrooms with basin, commode and shower that have 24 x 7 hot and cold water.
An added bonus to the place is its small open terraces that doubles as the best sit-out.
There is a common pool for the exclusive use of all the guests. Swimming pool rules consist of abiding by the dress code ie swimming trunks for male & swimming costume for ladies and is mandatory.

1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy for the same.
2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly.
A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property. In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.
3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night.Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.
