Mid landing there is a shower room and Jacuzzi bathroom, on the first floor there are 5 bedrooms. It is a home from home and quiet but only 5 minutes from the city centre. This self catering detached home will cater for all your needs in a quiet, residential, safe and comfortable environment. It boasts many original features including large windows, high ceilings, cornicing and wood panelling. The house has been a family home for 36 years and is prepared for 11 or 12 and is the perfect base for a group or a company to rent as well as a family or families. Special arrangements can be made for elderly or infirm guests to sleep on ground floor.
Accommodation includes the drawing room with a 55" LED smart TV links to SKY HD+, apple speaker and docking station; DVD; TV room with 37" Panasonic linked to SKY HD+ and DVD and video player; formal dining room with seating for 10; well stocked and fitted kitchen with integrated gas and electric appliances; separate utility room with washer, drier and freezer; the 5 bedrooms are spacious and airy (one with twin beds with memory foam mattresses another with twin electrical height adjustment and a put up bed suitable for child), one double, 1 super king size with additional single and the last bedroom has a king sized bed; each bedroom has a TV, Jacuzzi bathroom and 2 full shower rooms.
