L'endroit est magnifiquement bien situé . Sur la plage de Santa Monica! Tout près de tout, du pier, du centre, des restaurants, de la location de vélos... C'est très pratique. La chambre est très agréable , bien équipée et lumineuse. Je recommande vivement cet endroit. Merci

Andrew's place was fantastic. It was literally right on the beach with amazing views. The place was extremely clean and cleaners came every other week to tidy up. You could walk anywhere, it was quiet at night and Andrew always responded within minutes. Highly recommend.

I stayed in Unit A for around 3 months and it was some of the best months of my life. It's a fantastic apartment in the most amazing location. Waking up to a view of the beach each morning was a real treat and as well as that, it's only a 5 minute walk into the main town area. This apartment succeeded my expectations, and Andrew was a fantastic host. He was always there to help me with any problems I had during my stay. I just hope I'm able to come back and stay again! 10/10.

Great location! Very close to the activities! Easy walk to the pier, beach or up to the shops. Place was easy to access, clean and full of amenities. (Hot tub, grill, volleyball, etc)

Everything was made very clear as to how to get to the location, and the unit we stayed in. I would recommend they add numbers to the unit code pad, myself and others staying there had a tricky time with this . Maybe an explanation in the instructions of how it is numbered? I would stay here again! It was clean, great location, and we were lucky enough to get ocean view ! It was great having a hot tub!
