Located on beach block, this 3 bedroom condo has all the amenities. Just steps from the beach this place can be your perfect vacation home.

Large fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, breakfast bar with stools. Spacious living area equipped with flat screen TV and DVD player.
Master suite has king-size bed with private balcony and bathroom. Queen-size bed and a trundle in 2nd bedroom and a full in 3rd bedroom. Hallway bathroom is shared by these 2 bedrooms.

Take Jolly Trolley to Rehoboth Beach 2 miles north, for amazing restaurants and boutique shops. Located opposite Rusty Rudders.

2. This is a NON SMOKING unit.
3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions due to severe allergies.

5. The contract needs to be signed by an adult 25 or older.
Tenant is responsible to make sure:
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or
services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster and brought to curb on Sunday evening. All soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned and put away.
d. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
e. Please note that you need to supply your own linens
f. NO Early check-in or late check-out.
g.Owner is not responsible if tenant is evicted by Law Enforcement Agencies.

2. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than Thirty (30) days prior to the arrival
date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a
shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit
the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or
early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
3. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one
hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a
change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90)
days prior to check-in.
4. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests in this home is
limited to 6 persons.

5. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental
is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night

7. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
8. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense
will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental
money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
9. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must
be approved in writing in advance.
10.HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless:
a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation
order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and
wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is
lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is
scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.


1)KEYS: 3 keys are provided. They are inside the apartment. They can be obtained once you get in after getting the keys from the Padlock. Padlock keys should be put back after initial access to the apt. Lock out fee is $150. Make sure key stay in the lock for the next guest after your departure.
2)CLEANING: Property will be ready by 3 pm.
3)PETS: Are not allowed on this property.

5)FOOD DISPOSAL: Please put all food in trashcans. Avoid excessive use of garbage disposal. All carpets are brand new. Please avoid eating and drinking on carpeted areas.
6)DAMAGE WAIVER: Damage should be reported at the time of incident.
7)REPAIRS: Items needing repairs should be reported immediately do not wait for check out.
8)No drinks and food allowed on carpeted area. Cleaning fee for spilled food or drink is $200.
1)Please make all beds (launder soiled mattress pads).
2)Refrigerator to be emptied completely.
3)Clean and store all dishes, empty dishwasher.
4)Sweep excess sand from floor.
5)Run vacuum cleaner to remove excess dirt/debris.
6)All furniture to be put back in original location.
7)Empty all waste baskets in trash and take trash outside in dumpster.
8)Turn AC to 74 degrees F.
9)Lock down all windows and sliders.
10)Please make sure there is no item in garbage disposal and it is functioning and draining appropriately.
11) Please put back all the beach furniture and toys back in the outdoor closet on bedroom balcony.

Positives: great location very close to beach, owner is very good with communication. Good size bedrooms and really clean, lots of closet space and parking for 2 vehicles included. Negatives: listing indicates that towels, linens and toilet paper is included but none of these are. We were already in the car on check-in day when we got a message with check-in instructions and I noticed that linens are not included, this was a problem for us. As others have noted, the coffee pot is tiny and not suitable for an apartment that accommodates 7 people. There is no dining area or any tables at all, kitchen counter with 4 bar stools makes having family meals impossible. Family board games had to be played on the floor as there is no table. Very limited seating for 7 people, one couch (picture shows two) and three chairs. It's right on a Route 1 and very noisy at night. Not a big negative for us but could be a problem for others. Parking for additional vehicles is $15 per day. Not a negative, people just need to be aware of this. I've stayed at about a dozen Air B&B's, this is the first one where basics like towels, linens, soap and so on are not included. Also the first one where I was required to vacuum, sweep and unpack the dishwasher before we left - I think that's what the cleaning fee is for? Overall this weekend was about spending time with our kids and being together and that we achieved so it was way more positive than negative and we had a good time.

Thanks for your comments! I apologize for not updating pictures of my new living room, will do it for next season. All the other details are accurate. House Rules in the listing clearly mention the policy about linens which is standard in Dewey Beach. I own and host another property in a different city where linen and towels are provided but coastal rentals usually do not provide linens unless its a hotel. Check out requires leaving the house in the decent condition that includes throwing trash and sweeping the floors that can have excess sand, again a requirement of my professional cleaning service. There are additional chairs on the patio that can be used for dining purposes. Two spots of parking is a huge advantage in the space-starved town of Dewey. Thanks for mentioning that.

Great place. Conveniently located to the beach and to restaurants and shops. We walked many places and enjoyed the area. Best for getting right out to the beach with kids!

This beach block condo has everything you need, including a few beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys. It is so quiet even though located on Coastal Highway. It is a two minute walk to everything including the beautiful beach! Zehra is an excellent hostess with quick responses to email or phone with any questions we had. The place was immaculate, comfortable furniture, and spacious for three couples. We look forward to returning next year! Carol and Mike

Great place! Great location! Close to everything, park your car and walk to great shops and restaurants. Steps away from a quiet beach. Wonderful host, wonderful maintenance man (thanks Wayne!). Plenty of space for a family of 4. The ckndo is well stocked, very clean, 2 private balconies, great view of bay to watch sunset. We will be back next summer!

The condo was in a great location close by some restaurants and a on the same block as the beach. The condo was very clean, spacious, and the kitchen had almost everything we needed for the week. There is a tiny coffee maker so we brought our own. There were beach umbrellas and toys there so we didn't have to bring much from home. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome location. Great for 6 girls. Beds were pretty uncomfortable but bearable if you're only staying a couple days
