My partner and I spent one month in Tarifa, using this wonderful apartment as a base to explore other Andalusian cities, Morocco, and the quaint charming city of Tarifa itself. The regional bus station is steps away from the apartment building, making it very accessible to visit Sevilla, Cadiz (where you can catch a train almost anywhere in Spain)and other fun cities.
The apartment is very large, equipped nicely and a short walk from the beach, the old city/downtown, supermarkets, and whatever else you might need.
The apartment is very quiet, at least when we visited, as it is situated on the third floor in a corner with amazing ocean views(we were able to watch the sunset almost everyday from the kitchen nook). If you are a cook it is important to note there is no oven, rather a microwave with a convection setting.
The beds are comfortable as well.
Tarifa has amazing trails, beaches, food, bars and of course is right across from Morocco(it costs $66euro round trip and takes about 1 hour from start to finish to take the ferry over, definitely do this at least once and stay in tangier, I suggest the old but charming and affordable Hotel Continental if you go!).
We mostly talked to Adan, Patricia's boyfriend, who owns the apartment, and he was very nice and informative. We didn't need much during our stay but the one or two small questions we had he answered right away.
This apartment was a second home for a month and if we are ever back in tarifa we would most likely stay again!
