Located 10-min. from beach and town, CASA VILIANO has 2 BDs and a self-contained casita to make it 3-BDs. We do not take bookings of less than 5 nights. Casa Viliano is our home for four months of the year and is furnished accordingly -- not like a typical rental. It is not a party house. Rent as a 2-BR or 1-BR at lower rate. Contact owner to discuss special offer.
CASA VILIANO is a very liveable home, where you can lounge by the pool by day, enjoy the sunset in the evening, and gaze at the stars and the water as you sip your nightcap before bed. The house has two and a half baths and an outdoor shower by the pool; a large, well-equipped kitchen; dining room; living room and three terraces. With two daybeds in the living room, the house sleeps six.
CASITA VILIANO is a charming apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and private terrace. It has a queen bed and twin-size day bed to comfortably sleep a family of three or two amigos who don't want to share a bed. The private terrace includes table and chairs to seat four and chaise lounges for reading or taking your siesta.
A door separates the casita terrace from the common stairwell for safety and privacy. Small dogs are welcome.
Evening and night views from both Casa Viliano and the Casita are particularly spectacular, with the twinkling lights of the village below, and excellent views of Sayulita’s frequent fireworks displays.
High quality linens and towels. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided.
CASA VILIANO is located on the north end of town, just a 10-minute walk to the village and the beach. Most visitors will not need a car.
We do not book for less than 5 nights during high & low seasons, and one week during Holiday Seasons. Low season rates are somewhat negotiable, based on the number of guests.
Please include number of people in your party (and if there are children), number of nights you want to stay, and dates you want to book in your inquiry. Dates will determine season and price, some room for negotiation.

During High Season we live in the 2-bedroom house. We are available to help guests with directions, recommendations, and assist with anything that comes up. The remainder of the year we have a house manager, Roy Serur, who does check in and check out, and is available to assist with any issues that might arise.
Cooks love our kitchens, which have high-quality pans, sharp knives and ample utensils. We provide unlimited purified water, toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, dishwashing detergent and Micodyne (for soaking produce), and kitchen sponges. Maid service is provided twice weekly. The unit is cleaned, sheets and towels are changed. We now have A/C in both the master bedroom and the casita, however, since electricity is very expensive in Mexico, there is a surcharge if you use the A/C to excess. Specifics will be in the rental agreement and email communication.
Please note: I am saying yes to 2-12 year olds, however parents should be aware the second bedroom is in a separate building from the main house, on the same level as the master, but there's two doors and a small bridge in between. Some parents like to bring a baby monitor. The pool is also on the same floor as the living room and there are a couple of open stairwells. Any child who cannot be trusted to stay away from the pool or who cannot safely handle the stairs will require constant attention.
AIR CONDITIONING is VERY expensive to run in Mexico, therefore, during May to November, there is a $5/day fee to use the A/C, which we will charge you separately from what you pay Airbnb (We need to get your email address to put you in contact with our house manager, so we will invoice you on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) to your personal email). When the bill for the A/C comes, if you have used it carefully (preferably only at night), we will refund the $5/day fee. If you have turned it on and left it on all day, we will use the money to pay the bill.
