Therefore we regret that you did not let us know about your complaints one of the many times we checked in with you during your stay to make sure everything was fine. Whenever the house is less than spotless, we send the cleaners again, of course. Sorry to hear also that you had trouble with the heating. We would have been happy to explain to you how to set the thermostat. It is a floorboard heating which is located right under the boards on both levels and the "gaps" actually make the floors even warmer. The whole house gets very cozy and warm when the thermostat is set right, so I can only assume you did not adjust the temperature after your arrival in January. Thank you.
