This brand new open concept Studio Apartment is built onto the side of a 1905 Heritage Home located in the heart of Bancroft. It is situated directly on the Heritage Trail and the York River. The open concept apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table (which can double as an office table), a comfortable sitting room with a pop up double bed within the sectional couch ,a 45 " Smart TV, unlimited Wifi, a queen bed and a large ensuite bathroom. Linens and towels are top quality.

This modern, well appointed open concept apartment is perfect for a professional, a couple or a family. Located directly on the Heritage Trail, snowmobilers can drive right up to the house. It was built to accommodate those with or without accessibility needs. It is located within walking distance to restaurants and pubs, the Main Street and the local theatre. It is in a beautiful historical home in Bancroft and situated directly on the Heritage trail.

Cynthia and her husband Rod have hosted guests at Little Island Lake Guest Suite for over eight years now and enjoy meeting all the wonderful people who love to travel. Cynthia is an elementary school teacher and Rod, who retired from teaching music, is now a CEO of the library in Maynooth. Rod is the piano accompanist for the very talented Community Choir. They love living on their beautiful lake and enjoy sharing it with those who enjoy tranquility and being back to nature and now they are thrilled to offer accommodations at the Heritage House in town.
