Awesome kitchen loaded for cooking and seating for up to three at the large kitchen island and 4 at the table, just in case you have guests. Calendar is usually up-to-date however PLEASE send me an Airbnb message to confirm date(s) availability.
We've taken care to provide many essentials like spices, coffee, sugar, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper so you won't be running to the store time and time again. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries are provided, as well as hangers and drawer space for personal items. Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are available as well. The area has FREE street parking please be mindful of street cleaning days & times.

If you have a vehicle you can hop right on the highway to the mountains, the foothills are just 15min away, drive to the casinos in Black Hawk, Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, the Flatiron Mountains in Boulder, Colorado Mills in Lakewood, the Red Rocks Amphitheater or the Coors Brewery in Golden.
Located less than 20 min walking from the heart of LoDo (Lower Downtown) and minutes from restaurants, parks, museums and shopping in the other exciting neighborhoods of Denver. If you're visiting, you don't even need to bring your own bike - Denver's pioneering bike sharing system, Denver B-cycle is easy, cheap, fun and only a stone’s throw away from the condo. Bike along Cherry Creek Bike Path which is one of the most popular bike/hike/jogging trails in Denver and one of the prettiest. The 16th Street Mall is at the center of Denver and the free mall ride will take you up and down the 1.5 mile stretch of shops and restaurants. There are also smart cars distributed throughout the neighborhood that can be easily rented from the website Car2go.
Airport SuperShuttle will bring you here for about $20 or $30 one way.
Enjoy art? The Santa Fe Art District is only a few blocks away where you can enjoy one of the largest art walks in the nation on the first Friday of every month. The Extraordinary Denver Art Museum and US Mint are blocks away. Civic Center Park, where numerous festivals and events are held, is about 5 blocks away.
This modern condo has a full kitchen, large bedroom, full bathroom, and a large balcony accessible from living room. You will have access to the rooftop patio, gym, free wifi, Flat Screen with Local TV access in both the Living Room and Bedroom in addition to ROKU streaming device & DVD in the Living Room. My place can accommodate up to 4 people including a large King bed, twin-sized aerobed and a sectional.

Please understand that this is not a hostel, guest house or a hotel, and there is no concierge.
This is a beautiful condo in a secure building. There is a callbox that will ring my phone that will let you in the first time. With a keyless entry door that will require a code to be given to you upon arrival.
After that, you'll have a front door key that you'll find in the apartment after you enter the first time. This means we will need to coordinate to get you into the building upon your arrival. It's not complicated, I just need to know when to expect you.
No other interaction required unless there is something urgent. I am always available by text, phone, email, etc.
Guests agree to the following terms and conditions in case may result in a Non-Refundable deposit:
1.Guest(s) agree to NO PARTIES anywhere on the property. Legal action will be taken for parties that cause damages to the unit, property, reputation, or relationship with building staff or other residents.
2.Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the unit or on the premises.
3.Guests agree to abide by maximum occupancy of unit ( 4 for one bedroom), and observe quiet hours between 9pm and 9am
4.Guests are responsible for action of ALL GUESTS occupying the unit at all times.
5.Guests agree to return all keys/cards Replacement fees may apply for unreturned items
6.Guests understand that onsite building staff (maintenance) are not affiliated with Tiffany or AIRBNB. Please contact me directly
7.Guests understand that no pets are to be in the unit.
8.Guests agree to pay replacement cost for any unreturned items, and $50 per hour fee for unauthorized early checkin or late checkout without prior approval .
9.Guests are responsible for all contents in unit from checkin until checkout.
10.Any illegal activity or violation of the above terms may result in immediate expulsion from property, and will be reported to Airbnb and local law enforcement. Guest are responsible for all costs associated with expulsion.
Please leave my home as clean as you found it. Building is quiet between 10pm and 7am. Please be respectful of the other people in the building and the quiet hours. We would very much appreciate you treating our condo and its furnishings as if they were your own.

The security deposit will be returned if you leave it in good order and it will be retained for additional cleaning fees and/or damages if you don't.
My place is usually booked back to back. Which, means I can not afford messy tenants. If you are overly messy, please stay elsewhere. I will keep your security deposit if the cleaning effort is excessive and/or I have to inconvenience my next guest.
Please send me photographs of damages you don't want to risk being accountable for as soon as you checkin.
