I was very schocked by this information. Especially before we did our utmost to let everything be proper and be helpfull . The information I got when the guest entered the apartment did`nt made any mention of this. I should have act immediately. This was the message I got from Shaniese : ""I want to thank you again for everything you have already done to help make my transition here smooth.> The house is great and I am settling in well""
I was not in the apartment by the time the tenant arrived. So I let the caretaker prepare everything.
I anyhow take it this seriuos and will follow the suggestion to hire a professional cleaner for the next time. Thank you .
