My sister and I had a really amazing experience staying at this property! The location is truly unbeatable, right on the beach and a 10 minute walk from downtown. The apartment definitely isn't huge and there is no living area but it was perfect for two people and the outdoor common areas more than make up for it! This apartment has everything you could need and with the beach in your front yard its really hard to beat. We stayed for the minimum required time of a month but wish we could have stayed longer. We would highly recommend.

Had a great time staying here. The listing was accurate and the property is literally right on the beach, within a few minutes walk to the Santa Monica pier. The property itself is very secure, and you do not need a key (everything is unlocked using codes) which is very handy. I would most definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in Santa Monica. The only thing I would note is that if you are a very light sleeper, it may be a bit loud due to how close it is to the freeway, but it didn't bother me in the slightest.

Santa Monica Beach was terrific! It is perfectly located for walkable access to all that is in Santa Monica. The host was very responsive and the place is kept very clean. I can't wait to return.

This is a unique spot. You really are right are on the beach and a five minute walk from downtown Santa Monica, which is a real amenity. There are great bars, restaurants, shops and everything else there. You're also walking distance to lots of bus lines and the metro Expo line, which is great. The unit I was in was extremely clean. Tiny, but very clean! There's even a cleaning crew that comes by every two weeks. The wifi is fast and my room had a nice TV with more channels than I get at home. Downsides: the mattress was not the most comfortable ever, the shower was not great and you definitely can hear the highway at night. I'm not particularly sensitive to that, but it's something to keep in mind if you are. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The location is just awesome.

I spent the last 6 weeks here while my place was being renovated. The property was exactly what I was looking for. Step out front right onto the sand of Santa Monica beach just north of the pier and the crowds. Really beautiful at night and even days you have the beach mostly to yourself. Close walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. Really easy access to the highway. Free street parking was occasionally limited but most of the time there would be a spot right outside the door to the property. Really nice common areas. The unit itself looks exactly like the photos. Small bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and office area with a decent sized walk in closet area. I didn't need much while staying here but the host, Andrew was really nice and helpful. Overall great experience, really liked staying here!

Very nice place and excactly as described. The beach is your backyard. The communication with Andrew was easy and he was always helpfull and made my stay very pleasant. I had a great time. I can highly recommend this place. The only negativ point is, that the place is directly at the Pasific Coast Highway and you hear the traffic noice 24/7.
