Autres remarques

Security of the building is tight for the protection of the unit owners and tenants. As such, guests who will stay might be required to provide valid ID's (passport, license, etc.) and other documents by the building's Condominium Association before they can occupy the unit. The unit owner will assist in the coordination between the Condominium Association and the guest prior to check in so that it will not be a hassle to the guest.

1. Please observe the maximum number of persons allowed to sleep in the unit.

2. Strictly no smoking and no pets allowed. Smoking and bringing of pets in the unit will entail forfeiture of security deposit.

3. Furniture and appliances should be used in gentle and reasonable manner. Lights, TV, and air-con must be turned OFF when not in use, or when you are going out of the apartment.

4. Keep the apartment clean. Wash all pots, pans, cutlery and utensils after use.

5. Throw the garbage outside and maintain cleanliness at all times.
6. Please use the intercom for any concerns regarding plumbing (toilets, sinks, etc), or any minor repairs/maintenance in the apartment.

7. Respect for neighbors is required. Rowdy parties are not allowed in the unit.

8. Any damages caused by the tenant shall be deducted from the security deposit. The unit shall be returned in the same physical condition as it was upon check-in, preferably ready for the rental/occupancy by the next tenant.

9. The guests will be responsible for their personal laundry.

10. A set of keys will be given to the guest. Please take good care of it. Loss of keys will be charged Php1,500.

11. All remote controls shall be placed where you initially find them, upon check-out.

12. Owner is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

13. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold the owner harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by guest or parties invited onto the property by Guest.

The location is great very convenient. We had an extra bill of 49 USD to settle a dispute with the host who declared that we damaged the stool in the kitchen. Unfortunately we made a mistake not to make any picture prior to enter the flat. If you decide to rent it make sure you do an inventory of fixtures to avoid to be charged for no reason.

Our company had a guest from Sweden who stayed at Leo's place. She said that she had a good stay in the apartment. It was very cozy and the size is just right for her. Leo and Geraldine, as well as the building staffs were all very accommodating and so nice to her.
