Our traditional tenement flat is bright & airy and comfortably fits two. It is situated in a quiet and safe Conservation Area in historic Dunblane. Good transport links to Stirling, Glasgow, Perth & Edinburgh & adjacent to beautiful countryside.
Our flat has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, with bath and electric shower and an open-plan living room and kitchen. It has gas-fired central heating and is on the ground floor of a quiet, traditional tenement building with a nice garden area to the rear.
Golfhill is a 3 storey stone built apartment building just off the street called Ramoyle. A path along the front of the building leads to the entrance for flat 3B, which is on the ground floor.
The property is 10-15 mins walk from the station - up a quite steep hill. There is on-road parking 30 metres away, with additional options nearby.

Guests have exclusive use of the whole flat and we would like you to feel completely at home there.

We would hope to meet you on arrival to welcome you. We live close by and would take our lead from you in how much contact you would like. We will certainly do all we can to help make your stay a good one.
We have a strict No Smoking rule in the flat. If you wish to smoke you may do so in the garden, however please be respectful of our neighbours. We are also unable to accommodate pets. Apart from that we would just ask that you treat the flat with the same consideration that you would your own home.
