We offer a corner unit suite with north and west views. We offer 2 bedrooms, a combined living dining area, a business centre with wired/wireless internet, pc and printer. There are 2 bathrooms one with combined tub/shower and another with a shower. There is a full kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and oven.

The unit has been newly furnished and freshly painted. We are very focused on cleanliness and the unit is serviced weekly including fresh linen changes. Mattresses and pillows are encased in hotel quality bedbug free materials. Our pillows, duvets and many of our linens are from a hotel linen distributor and follow Canadian quality and safety standards.

The suites have a dedicated laundry with washer and dryer.

When considering where to stay and comparing pricing, ask your host whether their price is inclusive of tax and whether they are fully insured for vacation rental insurance which is different to regular home insurance. We are fully and properly insured for your safety.

Un appartement confortable, propre et sécuritaire. Beau quartier,très bon emplacement avec stationnement inclus. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Métro à gauche près de la sortie du condo, un avantage de ne pas être obliger de traverser la rue Bloor. C'est la première fois que nous allons à un condo à Toronto et non la dernière. Note premier choix sera sûrement chez Shawn! Clément Dumas & Danielle Lemieux

We have a pleasant stay for 12 nights. The unit make us feel like a home rather than just a hotel room. Location is good and convenience to subway and supermarket. The unit is well maintained and broadband is fast.

We had a really good stay - Thank you Shawn. The apartment is very clean and as its on a corner very bright. Better than it looks in the photos! The location is spot on everything we needed was close by. Shawn was an attentive host who made our stay very easy.

Amazing stay in a beautiful condo, right in the city center with easy access to all!! Great hosts, easy to get in touch with and very accomodating for check in and check out. I would definitely stay again, and recommend to friends!

Wow! Great location located in the Bloor and Yonge area. This place is fantastic ,clean and extremely comfortable. Everything that you need is there! Shawn greeted us upon our arrival and was a fantastic host by making us feel at home. I will gladly book with them again !

A very wonderful, clean place with a lot of nice and thoughtful touches by the host. Location is are next to a subway stop so using mass transit to reach most parts of downtown is easy. Or you could just walk as many neighborhoods, attractions and diverse restaurants are also nearby. Since this area is a major intersection of the city, there can be a lot of traffic and construction nearby but noise was never an issue for us. Host met us outside when we first arrived to lead us into the underground garage, which is included in the price of our stay. We were then given a quick tour and he answered any questions we had. Things such as paper towels, toiletry, dishwashing supplies, etc were plentiful as we were in no danger of running out during our stay. In all, we have no complaints and were pleased by the experience and value offered. I will only mention two items, neither of which the host has any control over but may be an issue for some guests. One, maintenance came by a few times during our stay and may enter while you were out and about. The unit downstairs was complaining of water so maintenance had to check out our pipes for any leakage, none of which was found by the way. They also stopped by to service the AC, probably for the upcoming warm season. Two, there is a bunch of construction happening on the street at the rear. Not a problem if you are mostly using transit or walking, but may become a minor annoyance to navigate the cones and workers if you plan on driving in/out daily.

Dear Chuong. Thanks for staying with us and we appreciate your input. With regards to the maintenance, this was very unusual and was to ensure the cooling system will keep guests nice and cool during the upcoming summer season during which air conditioning is important. Although this was not ideal, we hope that the notification of this on your arrival was helpful. It is agreed that the rear entrance has lots of construction but Toronto is a city under construction - it has more construction cranes than any other city outside of Dubai. Fortunately in our case, the apartment faces north and west and does not face any of this work. With regards to the checkups of the downstairs unit, we do apologize for this, but it was something that unfortunately had to be checked and our rental terms do notify guests that visits may be required in emergencies for such checks. Overall, we are happy you enjoyed the area and apartment would be happy to have you stay with us again in the future.
