The apartment has in all rooms air conditioning with heat / cold. There is also 2 oil-filled electric radiators for the winter season. All door sections are insulated glass. There is satellite TV, DVD player and radio.
The apartment is situated in a small, quiet, dead-end road close to the beach. There are approximately 5 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant. There are many fine sandy beaches throughout the area. The boardwalk is a short walk from the apartment and leads directly to the center and the modern major port with yachts, fishing boats and fish auctions. There are many restaurants and cafes.
On the first floor, the apartment has a large terrace with direct access from the living room. From the kitchen and dining rooms there is access to a north-facing terrace with lovely views towards the mountains. 1st floor consists of a living room and a dining room with direct access to the kitchen. The living room has two sofas and a chair that can be turned into bed, a coffee table and a wall unit. The dining room has a dining table and chairs for 6 people. The kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove, small oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric cooker, hand blender, toaster, and a washing machine.
There is a bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower and closets. The living room has a good marble staircase up to the second floor. This floor features a master bedroom with double bed, wardrobes and shower and a south facing terrace with access and views from the bedroom. Furthermore, there is an additional bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed. All mattresses are of high standard. There is a TV for DVD. Furthermore, there is a separate guest toilet. The shed under the access staircase includes high and low beach chairs, parasols and beach toys.
The transportation from Alicante Airport is approximately 1 1/2 hours drive. The roads are good. Cars can be rented at the airport, and if you do not rent a car, shuttle can be arranged. From Murcia Airport (San Javier) is a 45 minute drive. Costa Calida is an area with both a pleasant climate all year and has beautiful and exciting destinations.
It takes only 15 minutes to the golf course at Camposol, and less than an hour to the famous golf courses at La Manga. There are 17 golf courses within a radius of 100 km. There are excellent opportunities for diving and fishing in the area, which has several diving centers. There are sport clubs with swimming pools and tennis courts.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
An English couple makes cleaning after each visit with change of linen / towels. Cleaning during the stay can be arranged.

We are a Danish couple who enjoy our Spanish place approx. two months a year, but would like other people to enjoy it too, when we are in Denmark or on travel to other international destinations. We also enjoy the summer in Denmark at sea.
