The Loft @ Tullybeagles forms part of the upper level or a recently constructed space within the grounds of our Rural Perthshire family home with the main house dating back to 1860. The space being offered is set within mature gardens of outstanding beauty which inturn are surrounded by stunning arable farm land with glorious outlooks from the rear deck area and beyond to the Obney hills.

This is a self contained apartment with it's own private entry door sitting separate from the main house.

To enter the apartment you ascend a short stair case giving access to the split level private decking area and inturn enter via the feature doorway. The decking offers outdoor seating and use of a bbq for those sunny days. The apartment comprises of open plan lounge and kitchen area, Separate double bedroom with king size bed and single bed followed by separate WC/ shower room.
Lounge: Ample seating, TV with free sat, Glorious outlook to the surrounding countryside.
Kitchen: Oven, Hob, Fridge, wine chiller, Integrated washing machine, microwave, sink, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cutlery and a multitude of cookware.
Bedroom: King size bed x 1, single bed x 1, dressing table and free standing wardrobe.
Shower room: Large shower, Toilet and wash hand basin.

This is a bright, fully functional and very well appointed apartment with quality fixtures and fittings.

Welcome packs of foods/ groceries are available on request at added cost and via prior arrangement which can include if required a variety of quality products the surrounding area has to offer.

Complimentary welcome pack on arrival including tea, coffee and wine.

Storage is available onsite for bicycles and sporting goods via prior arrangement.

Note: Please bear in mind that our family home is situated in rural Perthshire and the access road serves the surrounding agricultural land. Please take your time on the uneven road surface on approach to the property and note from the months of December through to March that a suitable vehicle is required to access the property and would therefore advise against sports cars in the winter months.

Bankfoot is a lovely welcoming village accessed directly off the A9 just south of Dunkeld. The friendly well stocked village shop and ever popular Taste Perthshire are both just a 5 minute drive from the property. The Bankfoot Inn, located on the main street of the village, offers a fantastic array of traditional food, local real ales and an extensive collection of single malts. Dunkeld and Birnam rail station, with it's links to many of Scotlands main cities, can be reached in under 15mins by car. The town of Dunkeld and the amenities of Perth City are also around 15mins by car, as is the best salmon fishing beats the mighty River Tay has to offer. Some of Perthshire's best game shooting and deer stalking is readily available via the local estates. Overall an excellent base for exploring rural Perthshire and much more.
