Guests who rent the entire apartment will have access to all common areas, except for couple of cabinets. One or more bedrooms based on number of guests. Parking spot in the building suitable for small/medium car. Included amenities:

We love to hear from our guests directly before, during and after their stay for great feedback and to constantly introduce new improvements. Guests will have access to our private numbers / e-mails. In most cases we will be meeting you as well at least when you check-in and during your stay if necessary.
The apartment has been totally renovated recently.
In addition - we installed a lock box combined with the building entry code - you can pick up and deposit your key off-hours if you arrive late or leave early.
Guests /Family / friends that visited/stayed were amazed with the design, quality, location, convenience and amenities. Parking space in this area is a great benefit, even if you don't have a car -- your visitors would be able to use it.
Absolutely no smoking and no pets allowed.
Allergy free apartment!
We ask that you keep the apartment clean as you received it. It is easy to keep it clean - we recommend leaving your shoes on the mat as you walk in, specially in rainy days or when you come from the beach. Washer/Dryer are there for your convenient. There is even a small cloth-line off the master bedroom should you need to wash just a few pieces of clothing.
