The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and include a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils. No food is provided. The guests shall be responsible for the Property during the Guest's stay.

Nous recommandons l'appartement qui se situe dans le quartier touristique et dynamique St Julien. Il n'a pas de vue directe sur la baie car se trouve derrière des hôtels qui sont en bord de rue : cela est un avantage car il y a atténuation du bruit de la circulation et le balcon n'est pas en plein soleil ce qui est reposant, au vu de la température... Le logement est spacieux, clair, décoré de façon agréable, bien équipé et très propre : on s'y sent bien de suite. Lawrence avait prévu le nécessaire pour le premier petit déjeuner et nous le remercions de cette délicate attention. Il est venu nous chercher à la gare au même tarif que les taxis, mais nous a offert un circuit découverte appréciable. Le logement est idéalement situé à 3mm de la petite plage de Spinola (idéal pour bien commencer la journée !) à 3mm d'une grande surface en souterrain et à 3mm des arrêts de bus desservant toute l'île. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de votre rencontre Lawrence. Très cordialement

Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec Lawrence. Avant même le voyage, il a guidé nos 1ers pas sur bnb (photo, valider passeport..) et nous avait demandé nos centres d'interets; il s'est alors renseigné sur les moyens de pratiquer (ici de la plongée). Il nous a très bien accueillie : il est venu nous chercher (et retour) à l'aéroport. Nous a emmené à l'appartement et nous a même accompagné à pied jusqu'au super marché à 1min. Il a aussi anticipé un éventuel problème de communication (et oui, on est pas très langue étrangère, même l'anglais) et avait des contacts français en cas de besoin. Il nous a laissé de nombreux informations et prospectus sur l'île et s'est renseigné pour nous pendant le séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé , à quelques mètres de la mer et de sa promenade, à 15 min à pied du centre de sorties de paceville et toute l'île est très bien desservie par les bus. On est ravie de cette première expérience avec bnb !

Arriving in Malta was nice. Lawrence picked us up at the airport and kindly gave us a nice tour of Valletta and drove us to his apartment. The apartment is well located in St-Julian's, near everything. Easy way to super market, beaches, bus stop. But, the apartment had two flaws: the mattress and the cleanliness. The mattress was more than uncomfortable. We had to sleep separately. And as for the cleaning, it hadn't been done! Lawrence was a good sport and came to see us, but by the time the maid could have come and the mattress could have been fixed our 7 days were going to be over. So we decided to cancel and go somewhere else. And AirBnb quickly answered our questions and offered us many options!

In reply to the comments made by the couple Leduc. Karina and Henri Leduc came over to Malta on holiday at the beginning of this month. I picked them from the airport punctually and gave them approximately an hour tour around Valletta and its harbors before arriving to the apartment. Unfortunately, the experience I had with this couple was an unpleasant one starting on the second day. Early Sunday morning the day after their arrival, I received a phone call from them demanding that I must come to the apartment asap to attend to an arising problem which they claimed to have encountered in the apartment. I rushed over and the couple complained that Henri Leduc couldn't sleep due to the mattress. What I discovered from the conversation is that Henri suffers from chronic back problems due to his work, obviously, Karina played along claiming that she too could not sleep on the same mattress before the truth emerged. I offered to change the mattress the next day just to accommodate them although the present mattress is definitely a good one . Karina wasn't quite happy with closing the matter, and further claimed that the apartment was not clean. Furthermore, Karina inspected the premises well on arrival before settling in the apartment and all was well and satisfactory. For the record, the premises are thoroughly cleaned and personally inspected after guests leave the apartment. Here too, to just accommodate them I offered to have a cleaning person come over the next day however, they preferred to forward their complaint to Airbnb in spite of the fact that I was going to solve the matters within TWO DAYS of their arrival. So it is unfair for them to say that we were handling their requests when their seven holiday days would be over. One may wonder what ulterior intentions they may have had, however I later got to know that they stayed in a hotel. They left after 2 days and to my regret this has been a disappointment for the incorrect attitude I had to face with this couple. I hope that this experience would be an eye opener to other hosts.

The apartment was very spacious with all necessary facilities. Its location, 30 seconds up the hill from Balluta Bay, is perfect for easy access to all the restaurants, patios, bay-side swimming pool and rock beaches for swimming, and other amenities that the area has to offer. A supermarket is only 3 minutes away. The London pub and its patio at the corner is also highly recommended. The apartment is only 5 minutes on foot from St. Juliens centre - a vibrant town with many restaurant options. For party-goers, Paceville is only 4ish more minutes away on foot. There is also a bus stop nearby on the main road that can take you directly to the Gozo ferry terminal and/or Silema & Valletta. I'd recommend Lawrence's apartment to anyone who is visiting Malta who wants the right balance between all the buzz in the city and quiet, chill time by the sea. Lawrence was also an amazing host. He picked me up from the airport and on the way to the apartment gave me a brief driving tour. He is very friendly and patiently answered all my questions with impeccable patience and details. He even went out of his way to acquire a last minute ticket to a site on my behalf. He was also very diligent in keeping in touch and making sure I have the necessary travel info. Lovely apartment, good location, everything as described, Lawrence was a great host, we were delayed getting from the Airport, but Lawrence was in constant contact and waiting to meet us even though we did not get there until after 1 in the morning.
