The apartment is at the first floor in a XVI century building, where is thought to live the painter Pontormo (reason of the name of the flat). It’ is located in “ via della Colonna “ ( subject to ZTL – Limited traffic ) in an area well serviced and frequented, but still very quit and safe.
DESCRIPTION OF THE FLAT:
The two-roomed is composed of a living room with TV and eating area;
a new kitchen;
a spacious and well lighten bedroom with double bed and big wardrobe;
a bathroom with original pavement in “cotto” and large shower.

- 20 min by foot
- 5 min by taxi (phone number : +(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) min by bus: bus stop "stazione Valfonda" bus n.14 in the direction “IL GIRONE” -----> get off bus stop “COLONNA 01” next to the apartment.
FROM THE AIRPORT “Peretola”:
Bus shuttle “VOLAINBUS” (6 euros) each half hour. It takes you to the train station Santa Maria Novella.
