Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. We do not want to disturb our neighbors.

3. No street parking. A maximum of 2 vehicles shall be parked in the designated on site driveway parking area and shall not be parked on the street. The onsite parking is the front driveway which allows 2 cars side by side.

This 3 bedroom is amazing! Just a short walk to town. Paia is very cute and there are tons of little shops. The only thing is on a map it looks closer to the beach than it actually is. You can walk the mile to Baldwin beach but in 90 degree heat you would rather drive. Maui this time of year has a serious cockroach problem which we were unfamiliar with and didn't think about so keep all food put away and doors & windows closed! The lizards are also sneaky little guys too so watch when you open doors. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Maui.

Great place, centrally located on North Shore close to beaches and walking distance to PAIA and shops/restaurants. The hosts Mark and his wife were always an email away if we had questions and they were very responsive.

We loved staying in the Red Ginger house. It is very well equipped. Almost everything that you need for the stay is provided, including washing powder, beach towels and even toys which my daughter was especially pleased with. Mark is also very responsive, with any questions being answered almost immediately. The house is clean and within walking distance of the main street of Paia and the beach. There is also access to Netflix which is great! Paia is a really beautiful, laid back town. We loved the bohemian vibe. My only issue with the house is that we found it a bit hot despite the air conditioning. This was only a minor issue though and not unexpected given that it is Hawaii after all!

This cute home in Paia offers a perfect quite hub to explore the whole island. It is close to beaches, the airport and Hana highway. It was wonderful!
